Client Consultation & Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurated information regarding : 

-Hair history| Chemical treatments| Allergies or sensitivies | Scalp conditions| Medical conditions | Medications that may affect hair or scalp health. 

Failure to disclose important hair or  medical information during the consultation or appointment releases the stylist/salon from liability for any unsatisfactory results, reactions, damages, breakage, or inability to complete the requested style or service. 

Client- Provided Hair Policy

For services requiring clients to bring their own hair or hair products.

  • The salon/stylist is not responsible for the quality, condition, texture, color match or performance of client provided hair products..
  • If the hair provided is defective, insufficient, tangled poor quailty, incorrectly packaged, or unsuitable for the requested style, the stylist may be unable to achieve the desired  results. 
  • The stylist is not liable for any outcome caused by poor-quality or incorrect hair products supplied by the client . 

Do you have experience with short haircuts for both men and women?

Yes, we have lots of experience with short haircuts for both men and women. We love helping clients find the perfect look that suits their style, and we specialize in creative and stylish short haircuts for all hair types.

Can you help if I want to try a new short hairstyle but don’t know what will look good on me?

Absolutely! We can suggest styles that fit your face shape and personal taste. If you’re unsure about what will look best, we’ll talk through different options with you and help you feel confident about your new look.

Do you offer hair relaxers and are they safe for my hair type?

Yes, we offer hair relaxers and always consider your hair type before recommending any treatment. We use trusted products and follow careful steps to keep your hair healthy and looking great. Your hair’s safety and style are important to us.

Can you do both men’s and women’s haircuts?

Yes, we do haircuts for both men and women. No matter your style or hair type, you can feel comfortable knowing we have experience with all kinds of cuts and looks.

Do you offer facials and what types do you have?

Yes, we offer facials. You can choose from different options based on your skin’s needs, whether you want deep cleansing, extra moisture, or just to feel refreshed. We’ll help you pick the best facial for your skin type.

Can you help style my hair for a special event?

Yes, we can style your hair for any special event. Whether it’s a party, wedding, or other occasion, we’ll work with you to create a look that makes you feel confident and ready for your big day.

How much experience do you have with short haircuts?

We have  years of experience working with short haircuts. You can trust that we know how to create styles that look great, are easy to maintain, and fit your personal style. Short hair is our specialty, and we love helping clients feel their best.

How often should I get my short hair trimmed?

For short hair, you’ll want to get a trim every 4 to 6 weeks to keep it looking fresh and well-shaped. Regular trims help your style stay sharp and make your hair easier to manage.

Do you use special products for styling short hair?

Yes, we use special products made for short hair. You’ll get products that help with hold, shine, and texture, so your style lasts and looks great. We choose what works best for your hair type and the look you want.

Can you help if I have damaged or very fine hair?

Yes, we can help if you have damaged or very fine hair. You’ll get gentle care and advice on styles or treatments that work best for your hair’s condition, so you can feel confident and look your best.

How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

We suggest booking your appointment a few days in advance to get the time you want. Sometimes we have same-day openings, but it’s best to plan ahead, especially for busy times or special services.

What is your policy if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, just let us know as soon as you can. We understand that things come up, so we try to be flexible. Giving us  24 hours notice helps us offer your spot to someone else.

Do you charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations?

If you miss your appointment with 30 minutes  or  cancel less than 24 hours your agreeing to pay 50% of the service  booked.. We ask for advance notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. This helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

No Refund Policy

All services provided are final. No refunds will be issued on services rendered, deposits, hair purchases or specialty stylings services. if you’re not happy with your service, let us know right away. We’ll do our best to fix any issues  on the day of the service only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, and other payment method : Zelle, CashApp , Debit and Credit cards payment  thru our booking apps. This way, you can pay in whatever way is easiest for you when you visit us.

Service  Limitations

Exclusive cutz - Ms. Shelia  reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if:

  • The  requested  style cannot be safely achieved
  • Hair integrity has been comprised
  • False or misleading information was provided
  • Health or sanitation concerns arises
